Nice brewery, the food was good The beer, however, was a disaster

Great food and authentic beer !!!

Unfortunately only 3 stars, because the schnitzel Wiener Art was not what it should be. Ready-made schnitzel prepared in the deep fryer. Too bad.

Seldom had such an attentive, friendly, competent and funny service. Apart from that, the food was fantastic too. Fast, fresh and very tasty!

Very tasty food, specialty Bönnsch beer totally tasty, staff very friendly, good hygiene concept. Unfortunately, as far as I could tell, you have to climb various steps to get to the toilet ... so maybe more difficult for people with handicaps. Otherwise I can only recommend the restaurant.

This is by far my favourite German Restaurant in Bonn. The draft beer is smooth and good. I’ve been here multiple times and it never disappoint. The food is always taste good and the staffs always served with a smile and polite.

It's a lovely room, but some of the most unfriendly service and some mediocre beer meant that we left very quickly.

Service was underground for a brewery. Corona rules are a foreign word here. The food was ok, only the service (cellar, 25.09.2020) was really bad. Have looked more at empty glasses than full ones. Bad. Too bad. Bönnsch.

Friendly service, but the Sparerips are not enjoyable. Very chewy and impossible to chew, so I could only eat the side dishes. Fried potatoes were good. I complained about the poor quality, apologized, but not accommodating the price. That's not how you get long-term customers.

Good, traditional (partly Bavarian) cuisine. Unfortunately not a real beer garden, but you can sit outside in the pedestrian zone. The waiter was super nice and professional, the service manager was unfortunately not so. Our food tasted very good.

Great food, friendly service, and fantastic home-brewed beers. The Bonnsch is a must, but the season is also great! Been here several times, consistently good!

Great food, delicious pils. Despite the rush, the service was still ok. Outside tables halved and separated with plexiglass. Hygiene measures have been implemented here!

Great beer (obviously) and traditional German meals to go with it - awesome!

The decorations on the squares and in the entire restaurant are sensible and aesthetic. The toilets are always clean and all in all the place gives a nice impression. The waiters are very charming and very accommodating every time. That makes us thoroughly happy every time we visit. This restaurant has real potential to become my new hangout. I would have loved to try me out first, but then there would not have been the slightest space for a good meal.

Bönnsch beer was really nice, recommended but the food, local special dishes had too much salt, probably just a thing of the day...

As always, it was very pleasant and nice. You sit outside when the weather is nice and you can watch people passing by (or not ?). We came here after a bike tour and fortified ourselves with a Bönnsch bike and dinner. The Bönnsch beer is very tasty and does not taste too strict. So pleasant to drink. The service was friendly and quick.

We sat outside. The waiter was fast, multitasking and friendly. We never had to ask for another round as the guy saw the empty glasses and proactively asked if we wanted more. Congrats! However, the food looked disgusting. Burgers seem to be made with paddies bought frozen, some meat dishes looked dry... All splattered onto the plate with zero aesthetic touch to it rather served for the heavy drunks than people looking for good beer & good/tasty/attractive looking food. But can't judge the taste as we didn't order anything to eat... Also, I wish they had more than one type of their own brew but they didn't :(

Great beer. In this region I would be called a heretic if I said that Bönnsch is better than locally omnipresent Kölsch. But in this case I will take the risk. Thank you for friendly and swift service!

I'm always amazed by the great brewery and the delicious beer. Recently friends from the vicinity of Bonn even brought us a few barrels when they came to visit us in Nuremberg. By the way, food is really delicious.

Good beer, decent prices for downtown, slow service, need english menus......

We liked the place very much. Their beer is very good and the staff was very friendly. We ate the Brauerei Teller(pork meat with a champignon sauce, with potatoes and vegetables) and Gulasch vom Rind(Red meat with red cabbage and Spätzle). Everything was really good.

BRING YOUR OWN PEN. The system is nice and friendly, you order a beer and they keep pouring you non stop until you say stop, or put the coaster on top of your glass. You don't have to worry about how much you drink, your trusty waiter will write down in the coaster each time he brings a new one. The system is based on TRUST. However, if your waiter does not write down anything, you may face a check 50% higher at the end of the night. I keep track of what I drink, so an unpleasant discussion followed (including being called a liar). I showed my count, so I paid what I should pay, but the night with friends was somehow ruined. I'll never go back, this things do not happen in Cologne.

The server was kind, the beer was so cute, the beer was very well held. I couldn't remember the beer name. The first one was a bit dusty (beer unknown) and the second one was seasonal, but it was more delicious. Nevertheless.) Nevertheless, the meat was just spam flavored.

Mediocre meals (schnitzel small and subpar) and loooooooooong wait time Waited 55 min for food and another 30 for deserts (ice cream) Won’t go there again

Awesome German food, great service and I left with a big smile on my face. SO go here, it may be the best reason to visit the town.

Delicious food.

I guess its one of the places that I consider as the jackpot of my trip. What a lovely pub, and a tasty restaurant, extremely generous and very very reasonable in pricing. The beer is excellent, the food is tasty the portions are huge, the waiter is exceptional he sat near us and explained every detail we asked about. The bread is mouth drooling, i am going again whenever i am in bonn its the place to be. Enjoy.

Very good brewery in Bonn, where you can drink Bönnsch. Food very good, unfortunately not so warm, but delicious. Operation friendly.

Cosy atmosphere, well prepared and very tasty food. Staff friendly and helpful. Reccomend making a reservation as it is usually busy. No aircon in summer was a bit uncomfortable though.

Bonnsch beer was good, but Schwinn haxe was ordinary. (One I had in Hannover was too much impressive)
